Return Policy
At Zozuzi, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide premium-quality kids’ clothing. Our products are non-returnable. However, customers can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery for eligible products. Any queries received thereafter shall not be entertained. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be accepted for exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support with your order number, reason for exchange, and product images. Once your request is approved, you will be guided forward by our team.
Please note that certain items, such as accessories, sale products, or special promotions, are not eligible for exchange. In case of a defective or wrong product delivered, Zozuzi will provide a replacement at no extra cost. To claim a replacement, kindly share 2-3 photos of the product on contact@zozuzi.com. Our team will get back to you once the photos are reviewed.
